What does the AI desktop buddy do?
It monitors your Claude (Anthropic) credit usage, and the moment you run out, it switches to a countdown timer showing exactly when your credits refresh, so you know when to get back to work.
Does the AI desktop buddy require internet connection?
The device uses Bluetooth to talk to the software on your computer. Your computer needs an internet connection to fetch usage data — the device itself does not.
Is the AI desktop buddy portable?
Yes — it's small, lightweight, and has a built-in battery, so you can clip it onto a monitor or laptop and take it wherever you work.
Is the software safe to install?
Yes. The software is open source, so the code is publicly available to review on GitHub before you install it.
Does it support ChatGPT Codex, Gemini, and Antigravity?
Not now — the software currently only supports Claude. Support for ChatGPT (Codex), Gemini, and Antigravity is coming soon.
